Welcome to my blog. Besides my normal everyday life, I quilt, work in a quilt shop, and love to read quilt blogs. I embroider, do counted cross stitching, tat, crochet, knit and want to learn anything that requires the use of needles and thread. Come back often to see what new project I am working on or to read a tip or two.

I made this quilt in about four hours.  There is no piecing and it is ragged around the outside edge.  Its only 36" square.  It is perfect to snuggle in while watching a movie.

I'm on a roll.  This is my second block for CQJP 2012.  The upper left patch is a piece of a man's tie with it's label.  Don't you love the gold button at the bottom?

I went shopping for goodies and these are some I bought.  I'm using them on my next block, which I pieced with silk scraps from a quilt Jennifer made.  I guess I am addicted to crazy quilting.

Got to go stitch.  Stay happy and keep quilting.

  3. I too love the gold button and have one left in my stash.
Your charms are great. I missed seeing the January CQJP blocks so I must go back to view them.
I left a comment over there on your Feb. block.
